Cider vinegar
Wine (homemade, Le Ricaneux)

« Preparation »
- Cook the onions and the ground cherries in the butter.
- Add the maple syrup and cook for 30 mins., stirring often.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until it has a syrupy thickness.
- Use, with steamed rabbit or game animal pâté.
