Gold Ground Cherry sauce, à la Provençale

« Ingredients »
1 cup
2 or 3 table spoons
(to taste)
2 table spoons
Gold Groud cherries
Garlic butter
Salt and pepper
Chopped fresh parsley

« Preparation »
  1. Cut the ground cherries in half.
  2. Melt the garlic butter in a sauté pan.
  3. Add the golden ground cherries and cook them for 3 to 5 minutes on a high heat, stirring frequently.
  4. Add salt, pepper and garnish with freah parsley.
