« Preparation »
- Sweat the onions in melted butter along with the celery and fennel for a few minutes.
- Deglaze with the balsam vinegar.
- Add the tomatoes, sugar, chicken base, salt and pepper as weel as the ground cherries.
- Reduce the mixture until it thickens.
