Fresh blueberries
Fresh rasberries
Fresh ground cherries
Fresh black berries
Fresh blackberries
Fine strip of cinnamon stick or curl.

  1. In a saucepan, mix the vinegar, the sugar, and the shallot, Bring to a boil.
  2. Slightly reduce the heat and incorporate the berries and the cinnamon.
  3. Cook on a low heat until the sauce thickens.
